From The Inimij Group

The deceiver rehearses the lines, not the moves. When the body becomes incongruent with the mouth, the actions speak truer than the words.

High-risk lying can produce adrenaline, and for some this creates itching especially around the face. Increased scratching is a tell.

"The ingenuity of self-deception is inexhaustible." -Hannah Moore

The eyes have it, but not entirely. Truth detection needs more than movement, squinting, or blink rates. Think vocal speed, pitch, and tone.

Look for the lack of contraction. Those intent on being believed emphasize "did not" instead of "didn't," "cannot" instead of "can't."

The truth untold is held in the balance of preservation and prevention.
